13 PROBLEMS WITH PORK

1) A pig is a real garbage gut. It will eat anything including urine, excrement, dirt, decaying animal flesh, maggots, or decaying vegetables. They will even eat the cancerous growths off other pigs or animals.

2) The meat and fat of a pig absorbs toxins like a sponge. Their meat can be 30 times more toxic than beef or venison.

3) When eating beef or venison, it takes 8 to 9 hours to digest the meat so what little toxins are in the meat are slowly put into our system and can be filtered by the liver. But when pork is eaten, it takes only 4 hours to digest the meat. We thus get a much higher level of toxins within a shorter time.

4) Unlike other mammals, a pig does not sweat or perspire. Perspiration is a means by which toxins are removed from the body. Since a pig does not sweat, the toxins remain within its body and in the meat.

5) Pigs and swine are so poisonous that you can hardly kill them with strychnine or other poisons.

6) Farmers will often pen up pigs within a rattlesnake nest because the pigs will eat the snakes, and if bitten they will not be harmed by the venom.

7) When a pig is butchered, worms and insects take to its flesh sooner and faster than to other animal's flesh. In a few days the swine flesh is full of worms.

8) Swine and pigs have over a dozen parasites within them, such as tapeworms, flukes, worms, and trichinae. There is no safe temperature at which pork can be cooked to ensure that all these parasites, their cysts, and eggs will be killed.

9) Pig meat has twice as much fat as beef. A 3 oz T bone steak contains 8.5 grams of fat; a 3 oz pork chop contains 18 grams of fat. A 3 oz beef rib has 11.1 grams of fat; a 3 oz pork spare rib has 23.2 grams of fat.

10) Cows have a complex digestive system, having four stomachs. It thus takes over 24 hours to digest their vegetarian diet causing its food to be purified of toxins. In contrast, the swine's one stomach takes only about 4 hours to digest its foul diet, turning its toxic food into flesh.

11) The swine carries about 30 diseases which can be easily passed to humans. This is why God commanded that we are not even to touch their carcase (Leviticus 11:8).

12) The trichinae worm of the swine is microscopically small, and once ingested can lodge itself in our intestines, muscles, spinal cord or the brain. This results in the disease trichinosis. The symptoms are sometimes lacking, but when present they are mistaken for other diseases, such as typhoid, arthritis, rheumatism, gastritis, MS, meningitis, gall bladder trouble, or acute alcoholism.

13) The pig is so poisonous and filthy, that nature had to prepare him a sewer line or canal running down each leg with an outlet in the bottom of the foot. Out of this hole oozes pus and filth his body cannot pass into its system fast enough.

Andrés Iniesta with a hamstring injury

Tests carried out confirm the midfielder's problem and his recovery will dictate his return to action Andrés Iniesta has suffered a hamstring injury in his right leg that forced him off in the first half of Barça’s 1-0 win over Atlético at Camp Nou.

The Barça midfielder first felt the problem after 20 minutes and despite continuing out on the field, he was finally replaced by André Gomes on 34 minutes.

Medical tests carried out at the end of the game have confirmed the injury and his recovery will determine when he returns to action.

Asked about the possible absence of Iniesta in the coming weeks after the game, coach Ernesto Valverde replied: “Without Iniesta we lose a unique player, irreplaceable. Fiorentina Captain Davide Astori Found Dead

Fiorentina have confirmed that club captain Davide Astori passed away suddenly on the eve of his side's trip to face Udinese in Serie A.

The 31-year-old centre-back had been capped 14 times by Italy and had enjoyed a professional career spanning 12 years.

“Fiorentina are profoundly shaken and forced to announce that their captain Davide Astori has died,” a statement posted on the clubs official website reads.

“For this terrible and delicate situation, and above all out of respect for his family, we appeal to the sensitivity of the media.”

He started out at AC Milan, where he never played a Serie A match, before moving to Cagliari, the club where he made his big breakthrough. He turned out 174 times for the Sardinians in a six-year spell, during which he made his national team debut.

Udinese have confirmed that the fixture they were scheduled to play against Fiorentina on Sunday has been postponed as a consequence.

Pep Guardiola says Arsene Wenger is right man for Arsenal

Pep Guardiola has backed Arsene Wenger to deal with the "situation" at Arsenal, following Thursday's 3-0 loss to Manchester City at the Emirates.

Arsenal have lost five of their last seven games, twice at the hands of City, and find themselves 10 points adrift of the top four, with the Europa League their only remaining chance to win any silverware.

Guardiola, who has lost on three of the 14 occasions he has come up against Wenger, heaped praise on the Frenchman and believes he has the know-how to help the steer the club out of trouble.

"He knows my admiration for him," said Guardiola.

€100m Balotelli in talks to return to Italy or England, says Raiola

Mario Balotelli is worth €100 million and set to return to Italy or England, according to his agent Mino Raiola.

The 27-year-old forward is out of contract at Nice at the end of the season, having scored 21 goals in 29 games in all competitions this campaign.

Balotelli has enjoyed two strong seasons at the Ligue 1 club, but appears set to return to the Serie A or the Premier League.

Raiola claimed he had spoken to several clubs about Balotelli, but he ruled out a return to AC Milan for the 33-time Italy international.

"Mario is ready to come back to Italy. He is one of the 10 best strikers in the world, and the number one in Italy," he told RAI.

"He is worth €100m, but he is a free agent so he is a bargain.

"I'm already negotiating with many teams in England and Italy. I talked with Juventus, Roma, Napoli, Inter."

Zlatan Ibrahimovic hints at comeback for Sweden at World Cup

Zlatan Ibrahimovic has hinted he may come out of international retirement for Sweden to play at World Cup in Russia this summer.

The striker announced his retirement from the national set-up after featuring for his country at Euro 2016.

A move to Manchester United from Paris Saint-Germain soon followed, though the 36-year-old has seen his second season in English football hampered by injury.

Speaking this week to Swedish media, Ibrahimovic, who has featured just seven times in all competitions this season, implied he could make a return.

"I miss the national team. If I want, I do it. I want to feel I can deliver a good performance," he said.

"We'll see, it's a tough question. I want to feel that I can perform and give back. I don't want to come just because I'm somebody. The door isn't closed for anything."

Paris Saint-Germain confirm Neymar set for surgery

Paris Saint-Germain have confirmed star attacker Neymar is set to undergo surgery this week after being diagnosed with a broken foot.

Neymar went down at the end of PSG's 3-0 Ligue 1 win over Marseille on February 25, with tests later confirming he had sustained a cracked metatarsal bone in addition to a twisted ankle.

The star's father called for him to undergo surgery and the club has announced that they and the Brazil national team agree, scheduling a procedure to be done in Brazil at the end of the week.

"After an initial treatment period of three days inline with a strict medical protocol, a joint decision has been taken between the medical staffs of both Paris Saint-Germain and the Brazil national team," PSG said in a statement.

The statement also added the decision was made "in accordance with the player" and the surgery will be performed by Dr Rodrigo Lasmar, accompanied on site by Professor Saillant, representing PSG.

DORTMUND SIGNS CHELSEA'S FORWARD BATSHUAYI ON LOAN

Borussia Dortmund have agreed a deal to sign Chelsea forward Michy Batshuayi on loan for the rest of the season, subject to a medical.

Arsenal signed Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang - who Dortmund said they would only sell if a replacement was found - later on Wednesday.

Chelsea could sign Olivier Giroud from the Gunners as a replacement for Batshuayi to complete a three-way deal.

Belgium international Batshuayi has made 32 league appearances for Chelsea since joining the club from Marseille in July 2016, scoring seven goals.

Blues manager Antonio Conte said earlier in the week that the 23-year-old was in contention to play in their Premier League match against Bournemouth on Wednesday (19:45 GMT kick-off).

The Stamford Bridge club have also held talks with Tottenham over a possible swap deal involving Spurs' Spanish forward Fernando Llorente - but Batshuayi rejected the move as he wanted to be a first-choice striker.

Dortmund travel to Koln for their next Bundesliga match on 2 February.

Manage Your Time

One way most people failed last year was in time management. Plan your time this year. A man that has not plan has planned to fail. Plan your programmes and keep to the plan. Plan time for God first. Plan time for your carrier, plan time to come on to social medias, plan time for your family, plan time for your friends, plan time for every single thing you wished to achieve this year.

Don't start out the year by using your time anyhow. Don't let your time control you, control your time. Don't let what you have possess you or control you. You are already in its possession, control it. Some their phone control them. They can't control it. When they hear the sound of messages coming in, even if they are praying, they must check and reply. So many people will regret at the end of the day of how much they have wasted their lives on unfruitful exercises.

I remembered years ago, when I was bound to my WhatsApp. Every minutes I must check it out, with lots of notifications. I decided to switch off my notifications and sounds for all my social medias, so I check at my own time.

So many people has stopped hearing the voice of the spirit for lack of concentration throughout the day. The social media is drying out a lot of people spiritual life. You chat and chat, no time to pray and concentrate again. You move about from Instagram to snap chat, from snap chat to WhatsApp, from WhatsApp to telegram and from that you move to all others. Hmm! There is enough distractions for us to forget God. I use to wonder why Jesus said if he comes back will he meet faith on earth? But now I perceive why he said that.

Our love for God is waxing cold everyday, for all this distractions. Not only for God, many destinies are being truncated right here on the social medias. Good homes are being broken right here, for they cheap way adultery can be easily ventured into. Temptations to join immoralities are being easily mounted on everyday.

No one is seeing you! But remember God is taking note of the faithful ones. If not for anything, for yourself, don't waste your time this year. Plan fruitful programmes for your life. If you are a student, give your studies a better attention, have a determination to have better grades this year. Plan it, pray it, and you will make it.

If you are into business, prayerfully give your business a good attention this year. Allow God give you good wisdom to blossom this year. If you're using your time to think on how you can get a woman to sleep with online, you can't hear any wisdom from God. If you're are a servant of God, devote yourself better to God, the word to you first before the people. Stop teaching the people what you're not doing. Don't loose your rewards. Let your life impact the people not only your word.

Redeem the time for the days are evil, the bibles says, do you know why? The time has been captured by the devil!!! you've got to save your time, the days are full of evils. Redeem your time and use it for good things. Make account of your time daily!

You are meant to support each other spiritually, financially, physically and morally through thick and thin. You are a builder....Wise woman buildeth her home. Women need wisdom to build their homes. Do not be too outspoken, know when to talk, when to listen and when to be quiet.

Love your husband with all your heart, never tell him, if not because of my children, remember you've known him before the arrival of those children.

Pamper your husband, put his head on your chest and pray for him. Give him unannounced kiss from the back.... mwahhhhhh, don't be too holy to kiss in the public. He is your husband for God sake.

Be romantic joooo, it is good for the heart. Some people are not happy that you're happy in that marriage, proof them wrong that you love him and he is your crown, always feel good when you hold him. Don't look 50 while you're still under 40, it drives men crazy. Always keep fit regardless of your age or body.

Philipe Coutinho, the latest blaugrana signing, spoke to Barça TV about his arrival in Barcelona: “I am very happy. I have always said I am living a dream, we are very happy to be here. To be able to play football, win titles, make the fans happy and play with a smile. These are the objectives.”

Moreover, the Brazilian discussed his new teammates: “It is incredible to know I will be around idols, with players who have such a great history like Leo, Luis, Iniesta, Piqué, Busquets… all the great players. I am very happy to know I will be playing with them and I hope to be able to learn, live and win together.”

Coutinho to be presented on Monday

On Monday, Philippe Coutinho will be presented as a new FC Barcelona player. This is the programme planned for Monday 8 January as the Brazilian is welcomed as a blaugrana:

•12.30pm (all times CET): contract signing in the Presidential Anteroom
•1.00pm : Official presentation in the Roma Lounge
•1.45pm : Photo shoot on the pitch at the Camp Nou open to the public but with limited tickets. The Camp Nou will open to the public at 1.00pm.
•2.30pm : Press conference in the
Auditorium 1899

Philippe Coutinho’s presentation can be followed live via a streaming on the Club’s website , Facebook and Youtube from 12.30pm onwards.

However, a photo shoot with Coutinho in the Auditorium 1899 will take place at 8.00pm on Sunday following Barça’s match against Levante .

GROUP D: Argentina, Croatia, Nigeria, Iceland.THE TRICKY GROUP

When you take a constructive look into the teams welled in this group and their chances of cementing positions after going head-to-head with each other, you would come to reckon with me that their chances are almost evenly balance.

ARGENTINA:
The La Albiceleste are the highest ranked side among other teams going by the FIFA rankings. Not only are they the highest ranked team, they as well boast of the five times FIFA best player of the year Lionel Messi alongside Manchester City ace Kun Aguero, Juventus talisman Paulo Dybala, Barcelona and veteran defender Javier Mascherano not being oblivious of PSG winger Angel Di Maria and Inter prodigy Mauro Icardi in their rank, and they are also the most successful side in the World cup among other teams paired with in the group. The aforementioned facts just highlighted are enough to will the South American top spot in this group. But to your dismay: football sometimes is not arithmetic.

The Argentines did find it complicated making it to the world cup this time around, after they had to hinge on Lionel Messi seeing them through with three fantastic goals against a difficult team on a difficult ground like Ecuador. Once again, they would be relying on their captain Lionel Messi who also is looking forward to better his team's last outing at the Mundial come Russia 2018 thereby tremendously enhancing his chances of surpassing Cristiano Ronaldo when the FIFA awards come around to see them through this group.

They would surely have their work cut-out against every opponent in this group, but one thing they would have as their strength over other teams is the quality and experience they posses. If Argentina can bring their A-game to bare on every game in the group stage then believe you me there would be no stopping them as regard sealing the first position in this group. However, I foresee them topping the group.

CROATIA:
With their best outing at the FIFA World Cup coming in 1998 where they end up in third-place, the European who second the Argentines when it comes to how the teams in this group are formidable in the parameters of the world football governing body FIFA would have nothing else in their mind but to ensure they equal or even surpass that record with the loads of talented players they have.

One thing I can categorically assert about this team is that they have a bunch of talented youngsters combined with experience legs. Their high-pressing game and midfield-dominance play would be one significant factor they would have going for them when the Mundial comes.

The Blazers as they are dubbed would prove a tough nut to crack for their counterparts. They are hungry, and desire to do their nation proud in Russia, but can they surpass the first hurdle which is the group stage? Here is my opinion: No they can not, going by the team they have, the chemistry they have garnered over the years and their thirst for success, I see them not leaving every game without a fight and great performance, but missing out on qualification. To end up in fourth place.

NIGERIA:
The Super Eagles of Nigeria are currently in a resurgence. Ever since the German tactician and former Bayern defender Gernot Rohr took over the reins of affairs of the team's tactical department, things have started turning around for the three times African champions.

This would be their fifth appearance at the world cup, connoting that they are no strangers to the world cup atmosphere. Boasting of the youngest team heading into Russia, alongside notable stars like captain and former Chelsea midfielder John Obi Mikel, Victor Moses of Chelsea, Alex Iwobi of Arsenal, Kelechi Ihenacho of Leicester city, Odion Ighalo formerly of Watford, now plays for Changchun Yatai.

Except injuries, complacency and inexperience decides to smile on this young and sparkling side, would it occur that they would have to pack their bags back to West Africa after the third match in the group stage. But going by my analysis, hinged on the current form of the team, the young bloods mixed with veteran ones that are desirous of a second round appearance at the world cup and a tactically shrewd coach in Gernot Rohr; though they would find it challenging, but they have what it takes - provided they bring them up to the table - to end up second behind Argentina in this group. Second place for Nigeria.

ICELAND:
Currently positioned as the 22nd best footballing nation in the world by FIFA, the Heimir Hallgrimmson's led side would be making their debut appearance at the FIFA world cup while boasting of the record of the smallest nation to ever make it to the biggest football tournament - the FIFA world cup.

If you are conversant with the trends of football, you would agree with me that their current ranking is not a fluke as they truly merit it base on the pedigree of performance they keep on churning out game after game.

I think this is the fairest group they can get in the world cup, their chances of making it out of this group is not really on the low side.

No doubt, experience counts a lot at this stage and might be their biggest undoing when the tournament begins, but with the quality they have domiciled in the team alongside the compatibility and chemistry they have been able to foster over the years, I see them trailing Argentina and Nigeria in third place in the group. To come third. But other teams should be highly wary of their venom.
