When you decide to not only forgive your partner for
cheating on you, but also continuing the relationship/
marriage, please do it because you're comfortable
doing so.

Its absolutely stupid on your path, to remain with

bullying, intimidating, blackmailing them with their
past and to crown it all, stalking them 24/7! Are you

why not channel it into grooming another

Listen......if you like, stalk them without blinking,

TOP TWO CHELSEA, SOUTHAMPTON WIN AGAIN

Chelsea stayed four points clear at the top from
Southampton, who won 2-0 at home to Leicester
City after Shane Long came on as a 67th-minute
substitute and scored with a left-foot shot on 75
minutes and a right-foot effort five minutes later.


Chelsea have 29 points, Southampton 25 with
champions Manchester City, who are third on 20
points, playing at Queens Park Rangers in a 1730
GMT kickoff.


Elsewhere goals were in short supply as
Manchester United beat Crystal Palace 1-0 with a
67th-minute effort from substitute Juan Mata, while
Burnley beat Hull City 1-0 for their first league win
of the season thanks to Ashley Barnes's 50th-
minute header.


West Ham United drew 0-0 at Upton Park with
Aston Villa, whose run of six successive defeats

SUAREZ INSPIRES BARÇA REVIVAL AT ALMERIA

Suarez had started the game on the bench
alongside Neymar as Barca boss Luis Enrique made
five changes from the side that defeated Ajax 2-0 in

halftime after Thievy Bifouma had fired Almeria into
the lead eight minutes before the break.


Suarez squared for Neymar to level the scores 18

INQUISITION


Barca followed up a defeat in the El Clasico against
Real Madrid with a home loss at the hands of Celta
Vigo which knocked the Catalans off top spot in La
Liga and they are now down in fourth, on 22 points
from ten games.


The defeats led to an inquisition over Luis Enrique's
tactics with the coach having chopped and changed
his side constantly and there is also talk of dressing

During self breast exam is how many women

1: Stand in front of a mirror, take one hand and place

your fingers flat out. Now touch every part of the

for any changes in shape, size and form while still

behind your head once again. Now take your right
hand with the fingers flat again and examine the
breast by pressing in circles around the breast. Start
at the outside edges of the breast and work your way
inward toward the nipple. Once you have finished that
breast repeat the process with the other breast.

4: Examine the underarm area close to the breast.
Place your arm on a solid, firm surface like a table,
desk or a book shelf and examine the underarm area
for lumps or changes in thickness...

COURT REJECTS MESSI FRAUD CASE APPEAL

Barcelona star Lionel Messi on
Friday moved closer to facing trial
over alleged tax fraud after a
Spanish court rejected his appeal
against being named in the case
and ordered the probe to go ahead.

The Argentine forward and his father, Jorge Horacio
Messi, were accused last year of not paying €4.16
million in tax on earnings from the player's image
rights from 2007-2009 through the creation of a web
of shell companies in Belize and Uruguay.

Both Messi and his father, who is also the player's
manager, denied wrongdoing and pointed the finger
instead at a former agent of the player when they
were quizzed at a court in Gava, the Barcelona
suburb where the player lives, in September 2013.

Based on the Messis' testimony, public prosecutors
called for the case to be shelved.

But the court in July ruled that there was "sufficient
evidence" to believe Messi "could have known and
consented" to the creation of a fictitious corporate
structure to avoid paying taxes on income from his
image rights and ordered the prosecution of the
case to go ahead.

Messi's lawyers appealed but on Friday the court
said it had "dismissed entirely" their petition and
upheld its earlier ruling. "In this type of crime, it is
not necessary for someone to have complete
knowledge of all the accounting and business
operations nor the exact quantity, rather it is
sufficient to be aware of the designs to commit
fraud and consent to them," the court said in its
ruling.

Messi and his father have five days to appeal the
court's ruling.

If the court rejects that appeal, prosecutors will
have to formally ask the court to send him to trial --
a move which Messi's legal team can again appeal.

If the court agrees there is enough evidence to
send the player to trial, it will then set a date. Messi
can appeal this decision as well.

The player's father made a payment of five million
euros in August 2013 to cover alleged unpaid taxes,
plus interests. That was thought likely to
significantly reduce any sentence should they be
found guilty.

Messi, 27, won the Ballon d'Or title four times
between 2009 and 2012, but lost his crown last
year to Real Madrid's Portuguese star Cristiano
Ronaldo.

He is the fourth richest sportsperson in the world,
according to a ranking published in June by Forbes
business magazine.

The player moved up to fourth from 10th place in
just a year with an annual income of just under $65
million, it said.

Between 2007 and 2009 he earned more than
€10.17 million in image rights, including contracts
with Adidas, Danone, Pepsi-Cola, Procter and
Gamble, and the Kuwait Food Company.

Spain has been cracking down on tax evasion as it
fights to repair the country's public finances after
the collapse of a decade-long property bubble in
2008 tipped the economy into a deep double-dip
recession.

FOUR GOOD REASONS FOR A MAN TO HIT A WOMAN.

Lately, there has been much discussion about
violence against women by the men in their life.

Many have said there is never a good reason for
a man to strike a woman but I disagree and today
I am speaking out! I have six sons and I have
taught them what my father taught my brothers
and I: there are four good reasons for a man to hit

1. Fire. If you look over at the woman you love

you should absolutely knock her to the ground
and start rolling her around.

2. Spider. If your princess discovers a spider
wandering across her shoulder and with sheer
terror in her voice says “GET. IT. Off! You should
smack that 8 legged sucker right off of her.

3. Choking. If over dinner she begins to laugh at
another one of your amazingly funny stories and
in the process, lodges a bit of her steak in her
throat, you have my full support to yank her out of
her chair, spin her around and start squeezing
her beneath her rib-cage until she spits up!

4. Train. If, while enjoying a peaceful, after dinner
walk with your lover, you notice she has
wandered into the path of a quickly approaching
oncoming train, by all means, grab her by her arm
and like the strong man you are, yank her
backwards aggressively.

Absent the presence of fire, spiders, choking or
trains, dad taught us boys there is never, ever,
ever, ever, ever a justifiable reason for a man to
strike a woman. Period. He said real men don’t do
it. He then added this important definition about
being a ‘real man’ which I want to share with all
men today;
“Real men don’t allow other men to hit women
either.”

I call upon my brothers-in-manhood everywhere
to join with me in ZERO TOLERANCE for violence
against women. Don’t hit and don’t tolerate hitting.

That woman you see getting abused by her
“man”, at the club or in the parking lot or even, oh
let’s say, an elevator; intervene. Put yourself
between the abuser and the victim. Is that
dangerous? Could be. But it’s what a real man
would do. Always remind yourself when you
witness violence on a woman- that is
somebody’s mother, daughter or sister.

Just for the record, it IS your business if you
decide to make it your business. In the Dunn
household, my sons know we consider the safety
of other women, our personal business, whether
the abuser likes it or not.

Lastly, a note to the abused women of the world-
do not take one more punch, slap or kick from
any man. There is NOTHING that makes it okay.

Stop making excuses for him. He is a broken man
and needs to be repaired before he is worthy of
spending another second in your presence. Insist

The Barca-boosting Mundo Deportivo's cover said
"Expensive Errors" over a photo of Barca goalkeeper
Marc Andre ter-Stegen and defenders Jeremy Mathieu
and Jordi Alba looking disconsolate. Inside its match
report admitted the team had "suffered" but said they
might have equalised late on.

Sport had a similar image on its front -- but this time it
was Lionel Messi, Neymar and Andres Iniesta looking
upset. Their headline said: "With Messi and Neymar, it's
not enough," while pointing out that "the 'cracks'
respond, but the defence gives in."

Over in Madrid, Marca's online match report was less
sympathetic. Headlined "PSG undress Barca," it said that
the Camp Nou side's weaknesses had been ruthlessly
exploited by the Ligue 1 champions.

"Barcelona suffered their first defeat of the season
against a PSG side who knew how to take advantage of
the Blaugrana outfit's weaknesses.

"The mistakes in playing out from the back, the
insecurity in the air of ter Stegen and the imprecision
among Luis Enrique's kids made life easy for the French
side."

AS' report in their print edition was even more scathing
in its dissection of the performance: "PSG won 3-2, but
the result did not reflect in any way the superiority of the
French side against a disastrous, calamitous and
headless Barcelona.

"Without ideas, Luis Enrique's side trusted everything in
a stratospheric move coming off for Messi or Neymar.

Besides that, they were a disaster in defence, not
because of ter Stegen, who conceded the first three
goals of the season.

"The full-backs were in tatters, the centre-backs were
not centre-backs and from there you could see how
PSG scored their first two goals from dead balls."

Conversely, the French media has heaped praise on
Laurent Blanc's PSG side who went top of Champions
League Group F and responded well to criticism over
their domestic form.

An ecstatic David Luiz features on the front page of both
sports daily L'Equipe and local tabloid Le Parisien.
L'Equipe's front page sums the night up in one word --
"Magique" -- while Le Parisien's main headline -- "They
did it!" -- also reflects the euphoria in Paris.

Tuesday's win at the Parc des Princes extended PSG's
unbeaten home run in Europe to 30 games. The Ligue 1
champions have also become the first French side to
beat Barcelona twice in European competition.

In Le Parisien, Dominique Severac writes that both sides
played some magical attacking football on an emotional
night in the French capital.

"It's already one of the biggest games in the history of
PSG, a legendary meeting for purists and dilettantes
alike.

"It wasn't necessarily total football but in part total, with
technical ability and tactical knowledge worthy of a
knockout match like a quarter or a semifinal.

"PSG have just proved that they can win the Champions
League by moving from words to action against
Barcelona, after having beaten Chelsea (3-1) in April."

After a sluggish start to the season, L'Equipe said
everyone had been waiting to see what PSG were really
made of.

"On Saturday, in Toulouse (1-1), PSG seemed to be no
longer able to remember what football looked like,"
Jerome Touboul writes in L'Equipe.

Not so three days later. Touboul hailed an "immense"
performance from Javier Pastore and suggested that
both the Argentine and "explosive" Brazilian attacker
Lucas appear to play better when star striker Zlatan
Ibrahimovic is unavailable.

"At this rate," Severac joked in Le Parisien, "Ibrahimovic
will have trouble getting his starting place back."

Elsewhere, L'Equipe singled out former Chelsea centre-
back Luiz for special praise: "This David is a Goliath"
read the headline above the player ratings, which saw
the Brazilian lead the way with 8 out of 10.

"If he needed an evening in order for him to be adopted
by the Parc des Princes, it was this one!" the report
read.

Most notably, the paper reported, his charisma had
helped inspire his teammates.

Lucas and Pastore also got 8 out of 10, while Uruguayan
striker Edinson Cavani (5) was the one PSG player to
receive less than a 7.

In contrast, Lionel Messi was the only Barcelona player
to get a 7, while goalkeeper Marc Andre ter Stegen was
rated the worst performer with 3 out of 10.
